October 28, 2016 – English speaking contest at HomeCredit Vietnam
Our partner, Homecredit held the final round of their English speaking contest that was organized following successful SONUS training courses at the company. SONUS supported the 11 finalists with 1-on-1 coaching and SONUS founder Csaba Szoke was one of the judges of this exemplary event.
As Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Nguyet – Head of HR department of Homecredit stated: “English is NOT difficult for Vietnamese people to learn if we have patience and never give up. Practice makes perfect!”

July 7, 2016 – SONUS trains Sonion Vietnam staff
Foreign-owned companies in Vietnam need their middle and top management to be able to communicate with expat colleagues and overseas headquarters on a daily basis. SONION, a high-tech company from Denmark manufacturing hearing aids in HCMC, knows that working in an English-speaking business environment is impossible without the proper speaking skills of their Vietnamese staff so they decided to train their department heads to ensure that communication is smooth between the Danish headquarters and the Vietnamese factory.
By the way, you can notice that the name “SONion” begins with “SON-“, which comes from the word “sonus”, meaning “sound” in ancient Latin. (Fun fact for you: This is why our company is called SONUS.)
